Backtest Triage LITE is a digital product delivered electronically after purchase. It includes the LITE workbook, the Quick Start Guide, and the Sample Filled Example. Because you receive access to these files as soon as your order is complete, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, except in the limited situations described below or where a refund is required by law.

When your order is considered delivered

Your order is treated as delivered once the download link or download page for Backtest Triage LITE has been made available to you, whether or not you have downloaded the files.

Limited exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following situations:

• You cannot access or download the files because of a technical problem on our side that our support cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

• You were charged more than once for the same order, or a duplicate order was created in error.

• You received a product other than the one you purchased.

• The files you received are corrupted or will not open, and we cannot provide a working replacement.

• A refund is required under the consumer-protection laws that apply to your purchase.

What this policy does not cover

Backtest Triage LITE is an educational review tool that is delivered in full at the time of purchase. It does not predict future trading results, guarantee profitability, or approve any strategy. Refunds are therefore not available based on the results you obtain from using the workbook or on a change of mind after the product has been delivered.

How to request a refund

To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, email lou@louismusto.com within fourteen days of your purchase. Please include the name used on the order, the order number or receipt, and a short description of the problem. We review each request individually and will let you know our decision.

Your rights under applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where those laws give you rights that differ from this policy, those rights control.
